Payment Policy

Payments can be done through paypal with whatever method you have set up through them, personal bank account or credit cards. We prefer this method because it is more secure than taking credit cards straight through the store for both yourself and Whiteout Workshop.

Returns Policy

There are no returns on any earrings for hygienic reasons. All sales are final. If however you receive anything damaged write as soon as possible.

Contact us if you have any other problems. We do offer exchanges on shirts if the size is not correct. Please write us to let us know what you need to exchange it for so we can arrange holding that stock for you. We do not cover the cost to ship the item back to us, but will ship it back out free of charge. We do not send out the new product until the exchanged items are received and confirmed they are in original condition.

Damaged Products

If for any reason you receive a product damaged due to shipping please contact us right away. We want to make sure you are happy!

Mail Service

Orders that are in stock and available will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Canada - All packages are shipped by Canada post and take 1 - 5 business days once shipped and during busy time like Christmas can sometimes be up to 7 business days.

United States - All packages are sent ground and we rely on the postage system to get packages in a timely manner. Normally it takes 4 - 10 business days. However, in heavy times and some of the eastern states the packages have been known to take up to 14 business days, but this is rare. 

International (still working on this) - We currently do not offer international shipping, but it is not to say we can't do it. Please contact us if you would like to have something shipped internationally so we can get a price for shipping. 

Lighter weight packages are shipped air and take about 7 - 10 business days, but in some countries it can be longer. We rely on the postage system here in Canada and your country to deliver in a timely manner, but it is sometimes out of our control. 

If your package weighs considerably more than 5 lbs, the package goes ground and can take 3 - 4 weeks. If you are needing faster delivery please do not hesitate to contact us and we can quote for air. It is normally double to send air vs ground to give an idea on cost.
